Cancellation Policy

At Tolame, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide clarity and flexibility, while ensuring a fair process for all parties.


1. Order Cancellation Requests

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: support@tolame.com

We will make every effort to process your cancellation request before the order is dispatched. If successful:

  • The order will be canceled
  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

Please note: Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In that case, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions.


2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind after placing an order and the order has already been shipped:

  • We will be unable to cancel the shipment
  • However, you may return the item once received under our standard return process (conditions apply)

3. Incomplete or Inaccurate Order Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at checkout (including shipping address, email, and payment details).

If:

  • The information is incorrect or incomplete, and
  • The order has not yet shipped

We may contact you to resolve the issue or cancel the order.

If cancellation is necessary:

  • You will receive a full refund
  • No additional charges will apply

4. Non-Cancellable Scenarios

Tolame reserves the right to decline cancellation requests in the following situations:

  • The item has already been shipped
  • The product was sold as final sale or non-returnable (clearly stated at checkout)
  • Repeated or excessive cancellation requests that may indicate abuse
