Ordering

1. How do I place an order?

Placing an order is simple:

  • Browse our products on https://tolame.com
  • Click “Add to Cart” on items you wish to purchase
  • Go to Checkout → Enter your shipping and billing info
  • Select your preferred payment method and confirm your order

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed successfully.


2. Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please contact us as soon as possible at support@tolame.com.

Once your order has shipped, we’re unable to modify or cancel it, but you may still return it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


3. How can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status.

1. What is the estimated shipping time?

  • Orders are processed in 1–3 business days
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing

Total estimated delivery: 4–10 business days


2. Does Tolame offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our service in the future. Thank you for your understanding.


3. Is there a shipping fee?

Yes. We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.75 USD per order, regardless of order size or destination (within the USA).


Returns & Refunds

1. What is your return policy?

You may return your item within 28 days of receiving it, as long as:

  • It is unused
  • It is in original condition with all packaging and tags

2. What if my item is damaged or defective?

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us immediately at support@tolame.com
  • We will either replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on availability and your preference
