Placing an Order
1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, follow these steps:
- Browse products by category or use the search function
- Select the item and click “Add to Cart”
- Review your cart and click “Checkout”
- Enter shipping and billing details
- Choose a payment method and place your order
2. Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. If your order has already entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be modified.
Shipping
3. Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses?
No. We currently do not ship to PO Boxes or Military APO addresses.
4. What is the delivery timeframe?
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Shipping time: 3–7 business days
5. Do you offer free shipping?
No. A flat shipping fee of $4.00 applies to all orders shipped within the United States.
6. Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are shipped from within the United States.
Returns & Refunds
7. What is your return policy?

8. How do I initiate a return?

9. When will I receive my refund?
Once the returned item is received and approved, refunds are issued within 5–8 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
10. How do I cancel an order?
To request a cancellation, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may return the item as per our return policy.
